Delivery Times
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days in major cities.
For other locations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
In case of any unexpected delay in order processing, you may contact us to request a revised and reasonable delivery timeframe.
Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Arrangements
Signature Requirement:
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless otherwise mentioned in the order confirmation. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date and confirm the dispatch schedule.
Working Days:
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and other official holidays.
Carriers:
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. A delivery window will be shared prior to dispatch.
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error:
If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailability, or any issue caused on your end, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the associated costs.
Maximum Delivery Attempts:
A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made unless the failure is due to our error. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the order may be canceled and any incurred losses may be recovered.
Aborted Deliveries:
A delivery may be marked as failed if no one is available to receive the parcel. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate any delivery issues to avoid extra charges.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, unforeseen disruptions, or customer-related issues.

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
